Music

Immanuel has a rich tradition of choral music. Our sanctuary choir is a volunteer group dedicated to providing meaningful music for worship. The sanctuary choir is the primary choir for worship services. The choir also has a leading role in special programs during Advent, Christmas, Holy Week and Easter.

Our choral program offers non-auditioned choirs not only for adults but also for children. The children's choir is directed by leaders who are committed to the music program and give our children experiences with instrumental music and choral singing. The children's choir participates in services during Advent and at the end of the school year. A youth ensemble sings periodically in Sunday worship and other services.

Immanuel has two instrumental groups: handbells and brass. These groups rehearse weekly and contribute to the worship services by playing service music as well as accompanying the sanctuary choir as needed.
