The Puppet Truck is Coming!

The Senior Adult Ministry of Immanuel invites seniors adults and young families to join them for a very special program on Tuesday, July 14, when the Nashville Public Library’s puppet truck will visit our church and Wishing Chair Productions will present “The Little Rabbit Who Wanted Red Wings.” The library’s puppet tradition began in 1938, and thousands of families have enjoyed the shows at the main library through the years. The Puppet Truck travels throughout Davidson County to inspire a love of books throughout the community. Reservations are required for the performance, which will begin at 10:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Lunch will be served afterwards; the cost is $9.00 per person. Parents are encouraged to bring sack lunches for their children. Contact Jean Sharpe at to make your reservation by July 9.
