Build a House in Haiti

On January 9-13, 2017, a team of five Immanuel members will be serving in Haiti in partnership with The Joseph School: Steven Meriwether, Tambi Swiney, Grover Baker, Ellen Mundy, and Tim Reynolds. Their primary task will be to help Haitian laborers construct a cinderblock house for one of the families who is currently living on the property where The Joseph School's permanent building will be built next year. The cost of the building the house will be $5,000; we have $2,500 on hand in designated gifts, but we need to raise an additional $2,500. You can help our mission team by making a donation: make your check payable to Immanuel Baptist Church and write "House in Haiti" on the memo line.
